At The Liv’N Room, we believe relaxation starts with a peaceful atmosphere. To maintain a serene environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels low. Whether you’re watching a movie, chatting with friends, or simply unwinding, please be mindful of your volume.
To ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all our guests, The Liv’N Room maintains a strict no smoking and no drugs policy. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes or vapes, is not permitted inside the premises.
At The Liv’N Room, we ask all guests to treat our space with care and respect. Please leave it as you find it—clean, organized, and intact. Furnishings, electronics, and decor are provided for your enjoyment during your stay, but must not be removed, relocated without permission, or damaged in any way.
At The Liv’N Room, your safety is our top priority. To maintain a secure and trustworthy environment, CCTV cameras are installed both inside common areas and outside the premises, operating 24/7. These systems are continuously monitored to ensure all guests feel protected and to deter any inappropriate behavior.
To maintain a respectful, inclusive, and family-friendly environment, The Liv’N Room strictly prohibits any form of sexual activity on the premises. Our mission is to provide a safe and relaxing space for all guests, and such behavior disrupts the atmosphere we work hard to preserve. CCTV cameras are installed in common areas and monitored at all times to ensure guidelines are followed. Any violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the property and possible bans from future bookings.
